James was an absolute delight to work with from day 1. I sent him some broad specifications and an indication of budget, and he was able to work up several designs that fit the requirements. Despite several instances of me changing my mind and asking for completely different specs at times, he was very patient with me, and we arrived at a final design that looked perfect. A year after it was first purchased, he kindly agreed to make some small changes to it at my request against a very challenging schedule, which included a lot of effort from him that he really shouldn’t have had to put in but he did it without any complaints. The end result is a beautiful ring that has made the recipient very happy!
