Collection – free of charge:
An appointment can be arranged for collection from our workshop in Hertfordshire or at a Soho House location in London.
UK delivery – free of charge:
Royal Mail Special Delivery. This is a tracked and signed for service. All jewellery is covered by the appropriate insurance while in transit.
International delivery – variable price:
International orders are posted through Fedex International Priority Express Shipping. This is a tracked and signed for service. All jewellery will be covered by the appropriate insurance while in transit.
A quote for international shipment can be provided for your piece. The price of shipping will depend on:
- the country being shipped to
- the value of the item (for insurance purposes).
If applicable: any import duties or taxes due at the destination country are the customer’s responsibility. We are happy to advise on this if it’s something you need help with.
If applicable: VAT will not be charged when shipping to VAT exempt countries.
Please Note: Veale Fine Jewellery is not responsible for the loss or damage of any item (including gemstones) after the time of delivery. As soon as the jewellery is received, each customer is responsible via their own personal insurance.
