Made to order round brilliant diamond crossover engagement ring
As we make this ring to order, we will source a round brilliant cut diamond and accent stones to suit your preferences and budget. Our diamond buying guide outlines the key qualities we’ll discuss with you — referred to as the 4Cs — to help you choose the right diamond for you.
We will ask for a ring size; however, if the proposal is a surprise, we can work to an estimate. We offer complimentary resizing on all engagement rings. If you have access to a ring your partner usually wears, this can offer a helpful starting point, supported by our ring sizing guide.
Your ring will be handmade by James in our Hertfordshire workshop and by trusted London craftsmen on Bond Street. We typically require a lead time of 6–8 weeks. Once complete, we will hallmark your ring in London before delivery or collection.

An interlocking band engagement ring is a subtle yet meaningful design, symbolising two lives coming together. A round brilliant cut diamond brings a sense of timelessness while the interwoven shoulders introduce a contemporary element that feels personal to your ring and your story.
While the gentle curves in this ring create a sculptural form, the overall feel remains clean, refined and balanced. It is perfectly suited to those drawn to the brilliance of round brilliant cut diamonds but who also want a unique engagement ring.
We offer complimentary engraving inside the band, allowing you to keep a meaningful date or message close.
Design and materials
We work with ethically sourced natural diamonds from trusted suppliers. We will guide you in selecting a GIA-certified round brilliant cut diamond within the colour range F/G and clarity VS2/SI1. This design can be handcrafted in platinum or 18-carat yellow gold.
Delicate round claws secure the centre diamond. The interlocking strands of the band join seamlessly mid-way along the band before parting at each corner of the centre stone. The pavé diamond-set strand contrasts with its polished metal counterpart. A subtle light gap after the strands crossover enhances the sense of delicacy.
